Senior Product Manager

At OKLink, you will
1. Oversee the full life cycle strategy & development of OKLink App project
2. Lead product demand analysis, design and set related business targets
3. Identify and set short-term and long-term objectives to revise specific project plans
4. Lead the product life cycle and take ownership of product implementation procedures
5. Take ownership of making cross-departmental communication seamless
6. Coordinate the acquisition of various resources to ensure the smooth development of OKLink App project

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree with 3+ years in product design and management experience in Internet industry, with at least one experienced Full Product Lifecycle (common product developing models including iteration, agile development)
2. Familiar with the Internet Finance Industry with clear and independent insight
3. Able to analyze problems from the perspective of the customers
4. Excellent ability in product planning; able to lead the product development direction and establish long-term strategy with a series of specific and practice stages
5. High level of self-motivation and enthusiasm, excellent communication skills
6. Good verbal and written communication skills in English
7. Candidates with global remittance experience strongly preferred

Senior Java Developer

At OKLink, you will
1. Designing, developing and implementing OKLink applications, such as global petty remittance
2. Maintain effective communication with product managers and other development teams, providing suggestion and improvements on products
3. Ensure the developing process is at ease with planning scheme
4. Responsible to database design, system design, API design, external system access and others.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree and above in computer science or a related discipline
2. 5+ years’ work experience in Java development with deep understanding in collection, list and multithreading

Senior Quality Testing Engineer

At OKLink, you will
1. Review and conduct OKLink’s business operation testing, requirements, specification and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
2. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
3. Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
4. Oversee the quality of all stages in business operation, including project quality, code quality, launch quality
5. Lead the implementation of project, and providing essential recommendations to process
6. Conduct performance test and analyze the performance bottleneck
7. Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions

Requirements
1. 3+ years working experience related with quality assurance testing in applications

Senior UI Designer

At OKLink, you will
1. Lead OKLink’s App and Web UI design, driving all design stages of the product life cycle from idea stage to specific implementation

4. Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks

Requirements

Director of Product

At OKLink, you will
1. Drive user growth through a thorough understanding of user experience, localization of product across geographies and research into money transfer products across technologies including blockchain
2. Drive company growth across geographies and implement working models across product, technology to assist in realizing user growth
3. Lead management of existing product lines, increasing profitability and setting of P&L goals for each product
4. Maintain product and market knowledge; analyze and keep abreast of market trends including localization of the product
5. Establish metrics to measure effectiveness and drive improvements
6. Lead best practice research and benchmarking by conducting product competitive analysis and develop a strong understanding of stakeholders to drive product development

Requirements

VP of Media and Corporate Communication

Duties and Responsibilities
1.Act as the spokesperson of the company, you will play an instrumental role in managing the image, perception and media relations of OKC Group’s businesses and products during interviews and press briefings.
2.Manage the group’s publicity and corporate events & functions including but not limited to media exposure at events, client visits and conferences.
3.Work closely with the team to develop, establish and manage media strategies and media relations to meet the objectives of the group.
4.Develop and implement media and communication strategies to enhance the group’s visibilities online and offline, locally and overseas.
5.Establish strong relationships with relevant local and regional media
6.Manage incoming media enquiries, prepare spokespeople, and staff interviews
7.Drafting press materials, social media messages, proofreading and editing as required

Requirement
1.More than 2 years of working experiences in Investor Relations, Public Relations, Media or Financial Product Sales.
2.Possess strong knowledge with top tier media outlets and publications and experience organizing press conferences and briefings would be a plus but not necessary.
3.Knowledge and experience working with PR agencies would be a plus but not necessary.
4.Fluency in Mandarin is a must.
5.Qualified candidates who have prior media relations experience would be a plus but not necessary.
6.Strong and effective writing and sub-editing skills in English and Chinese and powerpoint skills.

Senior Global Product Manager

In this role, you will report to the VP of Product and be based in Beijing
1.Drive global product development and roadmap for OKLink platform
2.Build an easy to use consumer platform like product for business.
3.Enhance OKLink API product strategy and lead API product development
4.Engage with OKLink global customers to ensure product – user fit.
5.Serve as key liaison between product, engineering and BD teams

Requirements & Qualifications
1.Minimum bachelor in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field from a top school.
  2.Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a product manager in an international sharing economy or mobile internet company.
3.Proven track record in developing, launching and updating large-scale API-driven products.

Business Development Analyst

At OKLink, you will
1. Drive country specific business development by identifying opportunities and contacting potential business partners
2. Responsible for partner correspondence during the onboarding and integration stage
3. Support and execute specific initiatives such as sales campaigns or feedback campaigns to understand partners and improve OKLink service
4. Organize and provide weekly deal summary and updates
5. Prepare relevant materials for marketing, partner distribution, presentations, pitches, and performance reports as required

Business Development Lead

Role & Responsibilities
1.Reporting directly to the VP of Business Development, you will lead a team of Business Development professionals
2.Responsible for growing business volume rapidly by building and growing a vibrant global OKLink network
3.Drive business strategy for certain regions and/or industry verticals for OKLink platform
4.Lead and mentor the BD team to drive country specific business development
5.Provide timely feedback from partners to product, engineering and marketing team

Requirements & Qualifications
1.Minimum 7 years of professional experience as a business development manager with at least 2 years as a team leader.
2.Proven track record in driving business volume and achieving revenue target goal in a sales or BD role.
3.Strong understanding of either Blockchain, remittance, or payment (online/mobile) preferred.
4.Strong knowledge and experience in cross-border business, e-commerce, international trade will be a big bonus
5.Native fluency in written and spoken English is a must. Definitely plus with fluency in Asian languages (Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Thai, Malaysian, Vietnamese, Indonesian) or other languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, French).

Business Operations Associate (Senior and Junior)

In this role, you will
1.Analyze operational data to provide strategic and product insight to internal and external partners.
2.Provide transactional support and issue resolution and act as a liaison between business teams and partners.
3.Build and automate smart reporting and metrics packages (at week/month end and on an ad-hoc basis) for the leadership team.
4.Partner with business teams to perform ad hoc business analysis to drive tactical insights and action.
Minimum Qualifications
